Also surviving are one son, Merlin E. Adams of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; three daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Donna) Likens of Courtland, Nebraska, Mrs. Charles (Evelyn) Fuller of Spencerville, and Shirley Adams of Lima; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Other susrvivors include two sisters, Opal Edmond of El Centre, California, and Hazel Howell of Spencerville; three brothers, Lloyd Adams and Layton Adams of Spencerville, and Clayton Adams of Mendon; and one half-sister, Edith Brodbeck of St. Marys. He was preceded in death by two grandchildren, three brothers, and one half sister. A farmer, Mr. Adams attended the Bethlehem Christian Union Church near Buckland, Ohio. He was a retired cement contractor, employed by the Ohio Decorative Products Company in Spencerville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 18 in the Thomas E. Bayliff FUneral Home in Spencerville with Rev. Carl W. Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Spencerville Cemetery.1' He was buried on 18 January 1989 at Spencerville Cemetery, Spencerville, Allen County, Ohio.1

Mrs. John was retired from Lima State Hospital as a cook in the employee cafeteria. Survivors include a daughter, Judy (Ron) Strayer of Elida; two sisters, Elizabeth Fritz of Sebring, Fla., and Mary Montague of Huntington, Ind; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and nin great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Richard John; five sister, Dorothy Dickman, Emma Sunderland, Ruth Furry, Martha Miller and Donna Sunderland; four brothers, Robert, J.B., Harmon and James Sunderland; and a grandson. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Elida. The Rev. Terry Heck will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Mennonite Cemetery.1' She was buried on 1 November 2000 at Salem Mennonite Cemetery, Allen County, Ohio.1

He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Survivors also include a son, Daniel A. Fuller of Spencerville; a daughter, Melissa K. Fuller of St. Marys; two brothers, Dave Fuller of Greenville adn Richard Lee FUller; and five sisters, Betty Hale, Barbara Kurtz, Mary Ream and Ruth McGee, all of Lima, and Alice White of Spencerville. He was preceded in death by a son, Charles Andrew Fuller; a daughter, Naomi Sue Fuller; and a brother, Ronald Patterson. Services will begin at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville. The Rev. Oran L. Thomas will officiate.
